What you’ll be doing:

• Partnering with stakeholders to uncover their data ambitions and translate them into actionable requirements.
• Analysing current data ecosystems to spot inefficiencies, governance gaps, and opportunities for transformation.
• Crafting clear documentation, including data flows, dictionaries, governance standards, and business processes—that lays the foundation for lasting change.
• Helping to design and implement a robust data governance framework, defining roles, responsibilities, and decision-making processes.
• Developing KPIs and data quality metrics to ensure transparency, accountability, and measurable outcomes.
• Bringing clarity and insight to complex datasets, helping teams make smarter decisions faster.

What you bring:

• A strong background as a Business Analyst with deep experience in data-centric projects.
• Proficiency in tools such as SQL, SAS, Tableau, and Power BI.
• A solid understanding of database systems and hands-on experience querying data.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to connect data work to broader business goals.
• An analytical, problem-solving approach to business challenges, always looking to improve, refine, and innovate.
