CRM Support and Training Expert
Location: Stevenage (Hybrid – 3 days on-site, 2 days from home)
Salary: Up to £55,000 + bonus + excellent benefits

We’re working with a European leader in defence and technology, currently undergoing an exciting digital transformation. They’re looking for a CRM Support & Training Expert to play a key role in shaping how teams adopt and use their Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Analysing training and support needs across departments
- Designing and delivering engaging CRM training, both in‑person and online
- Providing hands‑on user support during and after rollout
- Measuring adoption success and identifying areas for improvement
- Translating business needs into actionable CRM enhancements
- Collaborating with technical teams, business leaders, and end users to resolve issues and drive adoption
- Promoting best practice and supporting a culture of continuous learning
What We’re Looking For
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce CRM
- Strong communication skills – you’re confident working with people at all levels
- Proven experience delivering training or change management in a business or technical setting
- Ideally, experience within a regulated industry (e.g., defence, aerospace, engineering)
- A relevant degree (Business, IT, or related field)
- Eligible for SC Clearance (British citizen or dual UK national), this is essential!
