As Capability Lead, you’ll work alongside the senior management and industry partners to enhance simulation facilities, ensuring they are state-of-the-art and lead a skilled team, alongside driving experimentation across the full product lifecycle. You will have a passion for technology and be able to talk with technical specialists around AI, ML, and containerisation. You will be encouraged to think outside the box for technical innovation.
You will:
- Drive innovation across WSSE facilities, infrastructure, and processes
- Work closely with industry partners, including MOD and NATO
- Lead knowledge-sharing and support a culture of continuous learning
- Develop emerging technology plans and manage capital investments
- Inspire and lead a team of technologists
