Our client is a global institutional asset manager, delivering core beta exposures and niche asset classes including equities, commodities, and options. With a culture focused on innovation and operational excellence, the firm is creating a new leadership role to strengthen its business process transformation efforts.
Reporting to the COO, the Head of Business Process Innovation will partner with senior leaders across the organization to evaluate, redesign, and optimize business processes. The goal: reduce operational risk, increase efficiency, and scale capabilities through best-in-class design, automation, and emerging technologies.
- Lead a team focused on driving impactful process improvements across functions.
- Partner with senior executives to document current-state processes and identify opportunities for reorganization, automation, and risk reduction.
- Deliver actionable recommendations to modernize workflows, leveraging data, technology, and process optimization techniques.
- Facilitate strategic design sessions with cross-functional teams.
- Act as a thought partner to leadership, bringing external insights and best practices.
What We're Looking For
- 15+ years of financial services experience with a focus on end-to-end process design.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale business transformation and measurable results.
- Strong facilitator and influencer, able to navigate senior stakeholder relationships.
- Knowledge of internal controls, governance, and risk management practices.
- Hands-on experience with process automation, data analytics, and emerging technologies.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
- BS required; MBA preferred.
