IT Assistant based in Rothesay, Isle of Bute. Full Time - 35 hours per week. We are looking for a confident, customer focussed IT Assistant to join our team and help keep our technology running smoothly across the organisation. In addition to the salary offered, we also offer a range of other benefits including 40 days annual leave, pension scheme, occupational sick pay and opportunities to work flexibly for a 35-hour working week.

Role Description: Fyne Homes is looking for a proactive and customer‑focused IT Assistant to join our team and help ensure our technology runs smoothly every day. Qualifications:
- Current clean driving licence and access to own vehicle for business use.
- HNC/SVQ3 or equivalent in IT related subject or significant experience in similar role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in IT service delivery, installation and support of IT systems.
- Experience of troubleshooting and fixing IT faults.
- Proven fault diagnosis and rectification abilities/techniques.
- Ability to identify issues and implement practical solutions.
