Looking for Hunters to identify and acquire creators to the platform. If you’ve worked in a creator talent acquisition agency or a digital native influencer marketing platform to acquire top creators in the business, we are keen to speak with you. Bring 7–10+ years’ experience in commercial/revenue leadership in creator or ad-driven platforms - in Sales, Business development functions - we’re looking for Hunters with strong strategic fundamentals.
- Lead a global, remote, high-impact commercial function focused on platform monetization.
- Acquire and scale high-performing creators across content, wellness, sports, and crypto.
- Drive creator earnings through staking, token rewards, Creator Shops, and XP systems.
- Build and close strategic partnerships with platforms, tools, and ecosystems.
- Develop scalable revenue strategies via integrations, rev-share models, and vertical growth.
- Sell branded content, ad inventory, and sponsorships to brands and agencies.
- Manage ad pricing, performance metrics, and reporting frameworks with cross-functional teams.
