Overview Client Director of International Talent Consultancy - Product | Tech | Investor About the Role My Client is looking for a visionary and hands-on Tech Lead to join our fast-growing Web3 platform focused on creator monetization. In this high-impact, strategic role, you’ll take ownership of system design and technical architecture, working closely with the CTO and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and user-centric Web3 applications. You will lead the selection and implementation of the right technologies for the business – from core infrastructure to application layer – with a strong focus on Layer 1 and Layer 2 blockchain integrations, smart contract development, and tokenomics. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end system architecture and technical design of our Web3 platform. Evaluate and select appropriate Layer 1 and Layer 2 blockchain technologies based on product and business requirements. Design and oversee the development of smart contracts, ensuring security, auditability, and scalability. Collaborate with product, design, and marketing teams to translate user journeys into robust backend and frontend architecture. Guide technical implementation and mentor engineering teams where required. Ensure systems are secure, scalable, and optimized for performance in a distributed environment. Work closely with the CTO on technology strategy, roadmap planning, and scaling engineering efforts. Provide technical leadership during token generation events (TGEs) and contribute to the design and implementation of tokenomics models. Requirements Proven experience as a Tech Lead, Solutions Architect, or Senior Engineer in a Web3 or blockchain environment. Strong hands-on experience in smart contract development (e.g. Solidity, Vyper), with a portfolio of deployed contracts. Deep understanding of blockchain fundamentals, particularly Layer 1
