FYLDE COAST WOMEN'S AID is seeking an Independent Domestic Violence Advisor (IDVA) to provide essential advocacy and support for survivors of domestic abuse in Blackpool, Fylde, and Wyre. This role focuses on creating personalized safety plans, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring survivors' voices are central to intervention processes.
The successful candidate will work closely with multi-agency teams, supporting clients through legal proceedings and providing ongoing recovery assistance. This is a fixed-term contract for 12 months, requiring an Enhanced DBS disclosure.
