Therole
In this role you will join our trust team ofSchool Improvement Directors; to enable the implementation of rapid schoolimprovement across our 10 academies.
You will be the trust-wide strategic lead forchild protection and safeguarding, reporting to Trust Leadership; workingalongside Trust Leaders, Headteachers, Designated Safeguarding Leads (DSLs) andPastoral Leads to enable a strong safeguarding culture, oversee safeguardingstandards, ensure full compliance with safeguarding legislation and statutoryguidance (Keeping Children Safe in Education) and drive continuous improvementacross all academies - to safeguard pupils.
