The Position: We are currently recruiting for a full-time, permanent Warehouse Operative in Ballymena.
Job Role: As a Warehouse Operator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth handling, accurate picking, and timely dispatch of stock to our branches and customers. This is a hands-on position within a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and teamwork are essential. The main duties for the role will be:
- Receive, check and store incoming deliveries
- Pick, pack and dispatch orders
- Maintain stock accuracy through regular stock checks and system updates
- Work within a team and communicate and liaise with other team members
- Ensure warehouse areas are clean, tidy, and safe at all times
Qualifications / Skills / Experience:
- Essential: Experience in a warehouse or distribution setting, strong attention to detail and organisational skills, a proactive team player with good communication abilities
- Desirable: Forklift licence, Driving License as opportunities to deliver stock to customers can be available, knowledge of inventory or warehouse management systems, a good knowledge of vehicle parts
