Overview

In this role, you drive the publisher account management strategy and revenue across EMEA, leading a team of Publisher Account Managers and partnering with cross-functional teams to scale publisher relationships. You will act as the senior voice for the publisher ecosystem in-market, shape cross-sell opportunities, and translate market feedback into product priorities. You’ll engage with senior stakeholders and industry events to position Digital Turbine as a thought leader in mobile in-app monetization. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of supply, demand, and product, aimed at growing monetization outcomes for top publishers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the EMEA Publisher Account Management team across regions
  • Own the EMEA publisher revenue and set quarterly retention, expansion, and monetization KPIs
  • Serve as senior escalation point for strategic publisher accounts with C-suite engagement
  • Drive cross-sell and upsell across the full ad format stack and cross-company initiatives
  • Translate publisher and market feedback into evidence-backed product recommendations with Product on SDK/mediation priorities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Tech Ops, Product, and Demand teams to support growth and resolve complex challenges
  • Present team performance, strategy, and market insights to senior leadership and key clients
  • Utilize publisher supply footprint to activate and scale UA and Brand spend, aligning with relevant teams
  • Travel to industry events to evangelize products as a mobile in-app monetization thought leader

Key requirements

  • 10+ years in mobile advertising, in-app monetization, or adtech
  • at least 3 years leading account management teams
  • proven track record of hitting commercial targets and growing accounts
  • deep knowledge of supply-side and buy-side adtech: programmatic/RTB, SSPs, SDK integration, mediation, auction mechanics
  • strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven business cases; Tableau or similar BI tools is a plus
