Realistic earning potential:
- A good recruiter can earn around £70k OTE.
- A great recruiter can earn around £100k OTE.
- A top-level recruiter can earn £120k+ OTE.
With uncapped commission and no threshold, your earnings are directly linked to your performance.

What we're looking for:
We are looking for an experienced recruiter who wants more ownership, flexibility and reward. You may already be a Recruitment Consultant, Senior Consultant, 360 Consultant, Account Manager or Principal Consultant looking for a more entrepreneurial environment. Experience in built environment, infrastructure, technical would be beneficial but it is not essential. What matters most is that you can build relationships, develop business, manage a recruitment process properly and want to grow with the business.
