You will play a key role in managing the commercial and contractual elements of multiple frameworks and capital projects, ensuring work is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and compliance. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee project budgets, ensuring alignment with tendered values and programme requirements.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate commercial and contractual risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare valuations, monitor costs, and oversee payments to subcontractors and suppliers.
- Support month-end reporting and provide weekly and monthly KPI data to track progress and performance.
- Produce accurate financial forecasts and manage cost control processes.
- Work closely with project teams to ensure compliance with contractual and commercial obligations.
- Carry out any other duties consistent with the level and scope of the role.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Essential:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Quantity Surveying or Commercial role within construction, utilities, or infrastructure.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Working knowledge of NEC3 and NEC4 forms of contract.
- Ability to prepare detailed cost reports, financial forecasts, and progress updates.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-focused approach.
Desirable:
- Degree or professional qualification in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related discipline.
- Experience within the water or wastewater infrastructure sector.
- Exposure to framework delivery models and client-side reporting.
- Experience leading or mentoring junior team members.
