OTE: £75k to £120k+ depending on performance

Realistic earning potential: We prefer to be open about earnings rather than use generic best-case figures. A good recruiter can earn around £70k OTE. A great recruiter can earn around £100k OTE. A top-level recruiter can earn £120k+ OTE. With uncapped commission and no threshold, your earnings are directly linked to your performance.

We are looking for an experienced recruiter who wants more ownership, flexibility and reward. You may already be a Recruitment Consultant, Senior Consultant, 360 Consultant, Account Manager or Principal Consultant looking for a more entrepreneurial environment. Experience in built environment, infrastructure, technical, would be beneficial but it is not essential. What matters most is that you can build relationships, develop business, manage a recruitment process properly and want to grow with the business.
