We’re hiring an Electrical Commissioning Engineer in the Water Sector.

Location: Kent, UK

Contract: Contract position

Rate: Circa £450/day (DOE)

Are you a hands-on Electrical Commissioning Engineer with a knack for fault finding and diagnostics? We’re looking for someone with solid experience in the UK water sector to join a key infrastructure project in Kent.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Commissioning and testing electrical systems on clean/wastewater treatment sites
  • Hands-on fault finding, diagnostics, and system rectification
  • Working with LV/MV systems, panels, cabling, pumps, and controls
  • Reviewing electrical drawings, supporting inspections, and ensuring compliance
  • Collaborating with site teams to deliver safe, efficient project handover

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong electrical commissioning background in the water industry
  • Confident with diagnostics, wiring, and testing procedures
  • Comfortable working from schematics and technical drawings
  • ECS/CSCS, 18th Edition, or similar qualifications preferred
  • UK driving licence – must be willing to travel to sites across Kent
