Our client, a leading water sector specialist, are seeking Mechanical Fitters on a permanent basis to work within the Thames Valley Region. This is a van based role travelling to multiple sites within the region, however the primary need is in Gloucestershire & Oxfordshire.
Job Overview
- 40 Hour Week, Monday - Friday
- Overtime Available
- Van Provided
- Travel Time Paid
- PPE & Job Specific Training Provided
- Rate is dependent on skills/tickets/experience
Job Responsibilities:
- Onsite installation and removal of relevant water treatment machinery/equipment, including but not limited to: large bore stainless steel pipework, brackets/supports, pumps, motors, valves, steelwork, handrails.
- Ability to work independently while also being an effective communicator in team settings.
- Able to follow engineering drawings and diagrams to install pre-fabricated steelwork/pipework.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent multitasking abilities.
- Adhering to onsite health and safety regulations.
- Collaborating with other trades and end client on site.
Requirements:
- CSCS Card (essential)
- Previous Water Sector experience (preferred)
- Previous relevant experience with industrial installation works/steelwork as outlined above. (essential)
