JOB PURPOSE: To compile data and ensure all technical documentation is accurate and filed correctly both in hardcopy and digitally. MAIN DUTIES: Responsible for preparation of O&M manuals for water, effluent, and air treatment plants as detailed by the relevant Project Manager To prepare maintenance, lubrication, spares, and any other required schedules for the O&M manuals from supplier’s literature To prepare, with the assistance of the appropriate personnel, the Health Safety and Environmental section of the O&M manual Preparation of initial site files for Site Managers upon receipt request from the designated Project Manager To create and maintain filing systems as required to fulfil the role as required and to the IMS. Ensuring all documentation and literature are kept up-to-date and issued to clients as required for the O&M Manuals Consulting with supplier, subcontractors and clients as required collecting and collating the required documentation for the O&M compilation. Take initiative to identify and deal with problems. To ensure the appropriate distribution of correspondence, circulars, reports etc. as applicable.
