Job Outline:
- Oversee the day-to-day workload of the site team, including task delegation by the Project Engineer, managing tooling, paperwork and time management.
- Lead, supervise, and coordinate a team of electricians and technicians on site, ensuring high standards of work and safety.
- Provide guidance and support to the electrical team, ensuring that work is carried out in compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety practices.
- Ensure that the electrical team meets performance, quality, and time-related targets.
- Conduct inspections and supervise testing of electrical systems and equipment to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide solutions to minimize downtime.
- Ensure all electrical work is carried out in strict adherence to Health and Safety standards, risk assessments, and relevant regulation.
- Assist in the planning and scheduling of electrical tasks to ensure that project timelines and budgets are met.
