The Role
We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in building secure, scalable, and user-friendly applications across both front-end and back-end. You’ll help shape our product end-to-end, from designing intuitive web interfaces to developing powerful APIs and cloud-ready infrastructure. As a founding engineer, you’ll be central to defining our technical roadmap, ensuring performance and reliability, and delivering a seamless experience for our users. This isn’t just about coding, it’s about building the product and platform that define the company.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain responsive front-end applications using React
- Design and develop secure, scalable back-end services with Java + Spring Boot
- Create and manage APIs (RESTful/GraphQL) for mobile and web integrations
- Work with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB) to ensure optimized storage and retrieval
- Integrate third-party services like Stripe.js for payment processing
- Leverage AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.) for scalability and efficiency
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and mobile teams for end-to-end delivery
- Implement best practices for performance, security, and compliance (GDPR, CCPA)
- Define and maintain CI/CD pipelines for smooth deployment cycles
- Write tests, debug issues, and document systems and workflows
What You Bring
- 4+ years of full stack development experience
- Strong proficiency with React (front-end) and Java + Spring Boot (back-end)
- Proven experience integrating payment systems such as Stripe.js
- Expertise in API design and implementation with secure authentication (OAuth2, JWT)
- Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
- Familiarity with AWS cloud services and scalable system design
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes a plus)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit: comfortable building in ambiguity, ownership-driven, and execution-focused
