A well-established and continuously evolving M&E contractor is looking to recruit a motivated M&E Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team and take ownership of project delivery. The company delivers projects across a wide range of sectors, including Education, Hospitality & Retail, Commercial, Defence, Public, and Healthcare. Project values range from £100k to £10m.

About the Role:
The company has opportunities available for individuals at all levels from Assistant M&E Quantity Surveyors through to qualified M&E Quantity Surveyors. You'll support or lead (depending on experience) the commercial delivery of projects valued between £100k and £10m. Working closely with the Commercial Lead, other Quantity Surveyors, and project teams, you'll be involved throughout the full project lifecycle from tender handover to final account.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support or lead the preparation and submission of interim applications
- Manage project cashflow and ensure timely payments
- Prepare and manage sub-contract documentation
- Monitor and approve sub-contractor payments and instructions
- Provide commercial and contractual advice to project teams
- Identify, assess, and manage risks throughout the project
