M&E Quantity Surveyor – All levels consideredA well-established and continuously evolving M&E contractor are looking to recruit a motivated M&E Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team and take ownership of project delivery.The company deliver projects across a wide range of sectors, including Education, Hospitality & Retail, Commercial, Defence, Public, and Healthcare. If youre a QS looking for more autonomy and career growth, this would be an ideal position for you.About the Role:The company have opportunities available for individuals at all levels from Assistants M&E Quantity Surveyors through to qualified M&E Quantity Surveyors.Youll support or lead (depending on experience) the commercial delivery of projects valued between £100k and £10m.

Working closely with the Commercial Lead, other Quantity Surveyors, and project teams, youll be involved throughout the full project lifecycle from tender handover to final account.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport or lead the preparation and submission of interim applicationsManage project cashflow and ensure timely paymentsPrepare and manage sub-contract documentationMonitor and approve sub-contractor payments and instructionsProvide commercial and contractual advice to project teamsIdentify, assess, and manage risks throughout the projectWhat we offer:£40000-60000 (based upon experience)Car AllowanceOpportunities for long term career developmentPension scheme*** *Unfortunately, the client is unable to support applications from candidates who require sponsorship****TPBN1_UKTJ
