Our client is a specialist contract management company supporting schools and trusts across the UK. They manage and improve outsourced services including catering, facilities management and cleaning, helping education providers deliver high-quality services while achieving value for money.
They are seeking a Client Relationship & Contract Manager to join their growing team and support the delivery and management of school partnerships.
The Role
This is a relationship-focused position where you will work closely with schools, academies, trusts and suppliers to ensure high-quality service delivery, contract performance and strong stakeholder engagement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Acting as a primary point of contact for clients and suppliers
- Supporting client meetings and managing follow-up actions
- Monitoring contract performance against agreed KPIs
- Supporting service delivery across facilities management, cleaning and catering contracts
- Resolving operational issues and ensuring effective service outcomes
- Tracking contract milestones, reviews and renewal activities
- Supporting compliance, audits and service standards
- Maintaining accurate records, reporting and documentation
- Identifying opportunities for service improvement and efficiencies
- Assisting with reporting, benchmarking and commercial reviews
- Supporting procurement projects, tender documentation, evaluations and supplier selection
About You
- Experience in client relationship management and/or contract management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Well organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working independently and remotely
Desirable Experience
- Education sector experience
- Facilities Management or catering sector experience
- Exposure to supplier or contract management
- Knowledge of procurement and tender processes
