A busy and growing professional services firm is looking for a polished and personable Receptionist / Team Assistant to be the face of their London office. With around 100 employees and a high volume of daily visitors, this is a fast‑paced, front‑of‑house role where you’ll take real ownership of reception while supporting senior management with key admin tasks.

The role:

  • Meet and greet clients and manage a busy reception area
  • Coordinate meeting rooms, ensuring everything is set up and running smoothly
  • Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and building management
  • Support with expenses, travel bookings, and ad‑hoc admin for senior stakeholders
  • Help keep the office environment organised, professional, and welcoming

About you:

  • 3+ years’ reception/front‑of‑house experience (ideally in professional services)
  • Confident, professional communicator with a hands‑on approach
  • Thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑traffic environment
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • French language skills – a bonus

Working hours: 9:00–17:00 (flexibility for occasional early starts)

Location: Office‑based, 5 days per week

This role is perfect for someone who genuinely enjoys front‑of‑house, takes pride in creating a great first impression, and is happy balancing this with light administrative support—rather than looking to step into a PA role immediately but with scope long‑term.
