Key Responsibilities:
- Manage 6β8 live search mandates simultaneously, ensuring seamless coordination across all stages
- Coordinate interviews, client updates, and candidate communications with professionalism
- Produce high-quality documentation, presentations, and reports β exceptional proofing and formatting skills required
- Act as a trusted liaison for Partners, clients, and candidates, maintaining discretion and polish
About You:
- Previous experience in executive search preferred; Private Equity or professional services backgrounds also considered
- Exceptional written communication and document production skills
