The Opportunity
This role would particularly suit someone who loves technology but is interested in the commercial, strategic and people side of innovation. Whether you're a recent graduate or have gained a year or two of experience in your first role, you'll be eager to learn, take ownership and grow alongside the organisation. As Operations Executive, you'll work closely with the Head of Strategic Initiatives and CEO/COO, helping to turn ambitious ideas into reality. From supporting high-profile stakeholder engagement and developing new strategic programmes to preparing executive presentations and coordinating complex projects, no two days will be the same. You'll gain exposure to influential stakeholders including senior government officials, regulators, global business leaders, investors and industry experts, making this an exceptional platform for someone looking to build a career in strategy, innovation, fintech or public policy.
About You
- You'll likely be a recent graduate or someone with up to two years' professional experience.
- Educated in a STEM or other analytical discipline, with a genuine passion for technology and innovation.
