We’re looking for a Team Assistant / Project Support professional to join a successful boutique executive search firm. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 18+ months’ experience in professional services, ideally within executive search, consultancy or a similar environment, who is looking to develop and progress their career.

You’ll provide support to EAs and senior stakeholders across a number of practices, with a varied role covering team administration, diary and meeting coordination, project support, research, presentations and general business support.

We’re looking for someone who is highly organised, proactive, polished and confident, with excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
