Within the Interim Practice of Exec Search Business, we’re working with a high-calibre, global professional services business to find an exceptional Executive Assistant to support a key Fee Earner within their busy Interim practice, alongside light support to two Directors. The role is not a traditional EA role and will operate in a broader sales enablement capacity, acting as the interface between Sales, Finance, and Contracts & Compliance. This is a fast-paced, commercially focused role in a nimble, growing firm with a genuinely lovely culture. The Role
- You’ll primarily support a senior Interim Fee Earner with additional diary and meeting support to two Directors.
- While delivery teams manage assignments, this role plays a critical part in keeping everything moving smoothly.
- Key responsibilities include:
- Heavy diary, scheduling and meeting coordination
- Supporting the full post-placement administration process: contracts, assessments, references, onboarding, compliance
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
- Providing business development admin support, helping streamline and improve processes
- Managing competing priorities in a high-volume, high-energy interim team (30–40 assignments per month)
There’s real scope to shape and improve how things are done, particularly around BD support and workflow efficiency — perfect for someone who enjoys taking ownership and adding commercial value.

- Background in recruitment (interim, temp, perm or search) is strongly preferred
