A prestigious Executive Search firm in the City of London is seeking a highly organised and proactive EA / Search Coordinator to support 2 Senior Partners. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in Executive Search who thrives in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate multiple client projects and manage shifting priorities efficiently
- Prepare, format, and proofread high-quality documents and reports
- Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and external clients
- Provide day-to-day administrative and project support to a senior executive
- Manage CRM systems and project tracking tools accurately
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and senior stakeholders
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience as an Executive Assistant or Project Coordinator within Executive Search, Consultancy or client centric organisations
- Must have exposure to or experience in executive search or Management Consultancy industries
- Excellent written English skills, with strong attention to detail and proofreading abilities
- Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Confident user of CRM platforms and related project coordination tools
- Ideally degree educated or equivalent
