A leading global consultancy is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator with Executive Assistant duties to support a Senior Executive and work as part of a high-performing consulting team.
Our client is a market-leading provider of leadership solutions, partnering with global organisations to prepare C-suite leaders for transformation and growth while developing the next generation of senior leadership.
The Role
Working as part of the client delivery team, the Project Coordinator is a critical member of large-scale client project teams. You will collaborate closely with in-house consultants, senior stakeholders and external clients, providing comprehensive Executive Assistance and end-to-end project coordination to ensure seamless, timely and high-quality project delivery. The Senior Executive works with high-profile global organisations across multiple sectors, managing several complex and concurrent client projects. You will act as a key point of contact for these projects, requiring exceptional organisational ability and a highly client-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing high-level Executive Assistant support to a Senior Executive
- Coordinating multiple, complex client projects simultaneously
- Acting as a central point of contact for stakeholders and clients
- Managing timelines, deliverables and project workflows
