A prestigious global Executive Search firm is seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant / Search Coordinator to support the Head of Media Practice and a Senior Consultant within its high-performing Media & Entertainment team. This role sits within the firm's Global Media & Corporate Affairs practice and is right at the heart of the UK's thriving Creative Industries. The team works with some of the most high-profile clients across TV, film, music, advertising, social platforms, publishing and live entertainment.

You will work closely with colleagues across global offices, making this a brilliant opportunity for someone with Executive Search, Media/PR Consultancy or Management Consultancy experience who enjoys pace, responsibility and client interaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating multiple search projects and managing shifting priorities
  • Preparing, formatting and proofreading high-quality reports and client documents
  • Acting as a key point of contact for clients and senior stakeholders
  • Providing day-to-day administrative and project support to senior executives
  • Managing CRM systems and project tracking tools with accuracy
  • Building strong, trusted relationships internally and externally
About You
  • Experience as an EA or Search Coordinator within Executive Search, Media or Management Consultancy
  • Excellent written English with strong attention to detail
  • Confident working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable using CRM platforms and project coordination tools
  • Degree educated or equivalent (preferred)
