Float EA/Project Coordinator -Hybrid working 3 days - 55k with excellent bonus
Our client, a Global Leadership Advisory Consultancy with offices worldwide serving all major business regions including North and South America, Europe, Asia, Africa and the Middle is looking for a Float EA to work across EMEA teams. This is an extremely busy and varied role giving you the opportunity to move around the business and support partners with a variety of EA duties keeping you busy from day to day.. The Float EA role operates on a hybrid basis and is extremely fast-moving and client centric.
The role will definitely move to a static position withing the business quite quickly
The Role
The Float EA/Project Coordinator (PC) plays a critical role as "the glue" that connects and coordinates the activities of the internal team while balancing the needs and expectations of clients and candidates. You will typically support 1-1 or 1-2.
You will be deeply involved in all aspects of assignments and projects and based on the strategic goals and timeline for each project, will adapt, manage and seamlessly execute all related processes and communications. Often the firm's first point of contact with clients you will be able to quickly pivot, proactively adjust and problem solve in real-time.
Responsibilities for the role include
- Oversee the process for each assignment and keep every step of the process on track
- Proactively manage the team's efforts to ensure they are moving the assignment/project forward Schedule all business-related meetings, calls and interviews.
- Manage and own (where appropriate)Maintain excellent relationships with firm members, clients, prospects and candidates to achieve highest levels of customer service
- Serve as the external liaison between clients and their extended team (e.g. Executive Assistants, Hiring Manager, Human Resources).
- Create, edit and format all client-facing documents (e.g. status memos, job specifications, business development proposals, etc.) to ensure all information is accurate and meets the client and Consultant expectations
