What You\’ll Be Doing
- Supporting and coordinating up to 5 executive search assignments
- Managing diaries, arranging meetings, and overseeing interview logistics
- Preparing high-quality reports, presentations, and documents
- Ensuring projects run seamlessly, often to tight deadlines
- Acting as the key point of contact for internal teams and high-level clients
We\’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Has 3 + years\’ experience in a similar role (Search orRecruitment essential)
- Thrives in a client-facing, deadline-driven environment
- Possesses excellent document formatting, proofreading, and Excel skills
- Is proactive, adaptable, and able to “see around corners”
