Executive Search Coordinator (float) – Leading Executive Search Firm based in Mayfair
Contract – 12 month FTC
Working in their search division, covering for Project Coordinators in a float capacity.
Hybrid – Minimum 3 days in the office per week.
Exceptional opportunity for a well-educated Float Project Coordinator to support a global business in their search division by working with numerous Project Coordinators and covering sickness, holidays, and long-term contracts. The ideal candidate will have first-class written skills for creating documentation and proofreading on behalf of teams, as well as building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. They should be highly organized, proactive, and able to think on their feet to stay one step ahead.
Requirements include:
- Exceptional organization skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities while remaining calm and focused.
- Ability to manage upwards effectively.
- Strong communication and document production skills.
- Excellent relationship-building skills, initiative, and pace.
- Extensive client and stakeholder contact experience.
- Experience with CRM systems.
Key skills:
- Proactive problem solver with strong business judgment, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
- A university degree from a respected institution is preferred but not essential.
- Recent experience as a Project Administrator/Coordinator within professional services.
- First-class written English skills, including document production and proofreading.
- Proven ability to build relationships with high-profile clients.
- Experience with CRM systems.
