An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a proactive Executive Search Coordinator to join a prestigious Executive Search firm’s global search division. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract role covering multiple Project Coordinators in a float capacity, supporting teams across various projects by covering sickness, holidays, and long-term absences. You will be highly organised, adaptable, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to build excellent relationships with clients and stakeholders. You will produce and proofread documentation, work extensively with CRM systems, and engage closely with project details to ensure smooth delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide flexible cover and support to Project Coordinators across multiple teams
- Manage and prioritise multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-moving environment
- Produce, edit, and proofread client-facing and internal documentation to the highest standard
- Liaise effectively with clients, stakeholders, and senior team members
- Use CRM systems to manage project data and client information accurately
- Anticipate needs, manage upwards, and stay one step ahead to support teams efficiently
What We’re Looking For:
- Recent experience as a Project Administrator or Project Coordinator within a professional services environment ideally Executive Search, Management Consultancy, Legal or FS
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt quickly
- First-class written English with strong document production and proofreading abilities
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with high-profile clients and stakeholders
- Experience working with CRM systems
- Strong problem-solving skills, business judgement, and interpersonal abilities
- A university degree from a respected institution is preferred but not essential
