Are you a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant looking for your next challenge? A leading Media and Sports Consultancy in Central London is seeking a dynamic EA to support three busy Partners in a fast-paced, client-facing role.

What you’ll be doing:
- Managing complex, ever-changing diaries with precision.
- Scheduling client meetings and supporting business development activities.
- Preparing for the day ahead – including diary, travel, and meeting arrangements.
- Creating and proofreading presentations, pitch documents, and client materials.
- Coordinating business events and international travel.
- Managing relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
- Maintaining the CRM system to a high standard.
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum of 3+ years’ experience as an EA in a client-facing environment (sports or media preferred).
- Strong written communication skills with flawless spelling and grammar.
- Highly organised with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Confident building relationships across all levels, internally and externally.
- Educated to at least A-Level (or equivalent)
