A leading Executive Search consultancy is looking for an EA to work in the Financial Services team supporting the Head of practice and Senior Consultant. This is a fast-paced environment where you will work closely with the Partner group and a range of client stakeholders, managing multiple recruitment mandates.

They would love someone from a Search and FS background with at least 3 years as an EA (supporting 1:1/1:2) in a fast-paced, client-facing environment with proven experience coordinating projects. Must have experience managing complex and wide-ranging stakeholder relationships on a daily basis and must have proven Project Management experience within Financial services, executive search or management consulting industries.

Essential to be able to keep ahead of the curve, be up to date on what's going on at all times and manage the projects effectively.

Key Duties:

  • Complex diary management
  • Complex travel and meeting arrangements
  • Coordination of search mandates
  • Client and stakeholder liaison
  • Updating of CRM system
  • Project Coordination of search mandates
  • Formatting and proof reading of documents
  • Some private EA work (No requirement to work out of hours)
  • Heavy inbox management – filing, responding where appropriate and flagging for attention
  • Business Development planning
