Our client, a Global Leadership Advisory Consultancy with offices worldwide serving all major business regions including the Americas, Asia, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East, is looking for an EA to support an MD of one of their leading practice areas. This role is very pacey and fast-moving, and as EA, you will be heavily involved in organizing demanding schedules and building client relationships.
The Role
The EA/Project Coordinator needs to operate at tremendous pace in order to cope with the demands of this very busy MD. You will play a critical role as “the glue” that connects and coordinates the activities of the MD and the internal team while balancing the needs and expectations of clients and candidates.
You will be deeply involved in all aspects of assignments and projects and, based on the strategic goals and timeline for each project, will adapt, manage, and seamlessly execute all related processes and communications. Often the firm’s first point of contact with clients, you will be able to quickly pivot, proactively adjust, and problem-solve in real-time.
Responsibilities for the role include:
- Oversee the process for each assignment and keep every step of the process on track; proactively manage the team’s efforts to ensure they are moving the assignment/project forward.
- Schedule all business-related meetings, calls, and interviews.
- Maintain excellent relationships with firm members, clients, prospects, and candidates to achieve the highest levels of customer service.
- Serve as the external liaison between clients and their extended team.
- Create, edit, and format all client-facing documents including presentations, proposals, and reports.
