About the Role An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a proactive Executive Assistant to join a prestigious Executive Search firm’s global search division. This is permanent opportunity covering multiple sectors in a float capacity, supporting teams across various projects by covering sickness, holidays, and long-term absences.
You will be highly organised, adaptable, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to build excellent relationships with clients and stakeholders. You will produce and proofread documentation, work extensively with CRM systems, and engage closely with project details to ensure smooth delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Provide flexible cover and support to Partnersand Consultantsacross multiple teams and industry sectors
Manage and prioritise multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-moving environment
Produce, edit, and proofread client-facing and internal documentation to the highest standard
Liaise effectively with clients, stakeholders, and senior team members
Use CRM systems to manage project data and client information accurately
Anticipate needs, manage upwards, and stay one step ahead to support teams efficiently
What We’re Looking For
Recent experience coordinating projects within a professional services environment ideally Executive Search, Management Consultancy, Legal or FS
Solid EA 1:1- 1:2 experience; again in professional services
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt quickly
First-class written English with strong document production and proofreading abilities
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with high-profile clients and stakeholders
Experience working with CRM systems
Strong problem-solving skills, business judgement, and interpersonal abilities
