Executive Search EA (Float) – Prestigious Executive Search Firm\\nLocation: Central London (Hybrid – 2 days in office)

Salary: £38-£43k + excellent bens and bonus and great work/life balance

About the Role\\nAn exciting opportunity has opened for a highly organised and adaptable Executive Search EA to join a leading global Executive Search firm. This float role will provide cover across multiple EA/Project Coordinators, supporting teams during holidays, sickness, and long-term absences.

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, professional services environment, juggling competing priorities while delivering seamless support to clients, stakeholders, and senior colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide flexible cover across project teams

  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • \\n\\t

  • Draft, edit, and proofread high-quality client-facing documentation
  • \\n\\t

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and senior stakeholders
  • \\n\\t

  • Maintain accurate project data within CRM systems
  • \\n\\t

  • Anticipate team needs and provide proactive support

About You

  • Recent experience as a Project Administrator/Coordinator (Executive Search or Management Consultancy ideal)
  • \\n\\t

  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills
  • \\n\\t

  • Excellent written English and strong proofreading abilities
  • \\n\\t

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
  • \\n\\t

  • Confident with CRM/database systems
  • \\n\\t

  • Degree preferred but not essential
