A specialist Financial Services firm in the city are looking for a board level EA to support their busy CEO and one further C-suite member. Working within a fast growing and extremely dynamic SME business, you will work extremely closely with the CEO managing their busy schedule and monitoring the inbox.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Diary Management for the CEO. Co-ordinating business diaries to ensure there are no clashes and if there are, to re-arrange and prioritise appointments accordingly.
  • Greeting and liaising with internal and external clients and service providers.
  • Preparing and issuing meeting notes, minutes and reports and other correspondence on behalf of the CEO and additional board member.
  • The collation, compilation and distribution of reports and selected management or information packs in preparation for meetings.
  • Inbox management for CEO ensuring action lists and follow ups.
  • Proactively build relationships with external stakeholders and clients.
  • Preparing presentations for both internal and external use to the standard required.
  • Travel management, managing the itineraries of the CEO and board members when they are travelling.
  • Gatekeeping.

This role would be ideally suited to a dynamic board level EA with experience working in the financial services sector. You must have operated at C suite level and be used to working at pace and have experience managing a very busy individual as well as full board preparation.
