An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading EMEA Private Equity Interim Practice, supporting the MD, key fee earners and the wider team. This is a business known for high-quality client relationships and exposure to senior stakeholders across the private equity landscape — a fast-paced, collaborative environment where no two days look the same.

The Role

This is not a traditional EA role. While there is an element of diary management and scheduling, this position operates in a broader sales enablement capacity — acting as the key interface between Sales, Finance, and Contracts & Compliance to keep the interim practice's client delivery and business development running smoothly. The role spans three key areas:

  • Administrative and operational support for active client projects
    • Maintaining data integrity across candidate records and project information in Salesforce (CVs, project lists, availability)
    • Coordinating and scheduling interviews between clients and candidates
    • Liaising with Finance and Contracts teams to ensure smooth onboarding and a high-quality experience for clients and candidates
  • Business Development Support
    • Working with fee earners to keep client contacts current and engagement strategies on track
    • Flagging lapsed client contacts and ensuring warm clients are engaged regularly
    • Managing logistics for client meetings and calls, including agendas and briefing materials
    • Coordinating events, workshops and team learning & development sessions
  • Diary, Scheduling & Executive Support
    • Coordinating travel, meeting logistics and briefing materials for high-level client interactions
    • Supporting the preparation of reports, presentations and follow-up actions tied to account management and revenue growth
  • Cross-Functional Interface
    • Acting as the key point of contact between Sales, Finance, and Contracts & Compliance to keep deals and onboarding

What We're Looking For

  • Essential:
    • Previous experience in a sales enablement, team/project support, or cross-functional coordination role, ideally within search, recruitment
    • Comfortable acting as a liaison across Sales, Finance and Contracts/Compliance functions
    • Strong Microsoft Office skills, plus experience championing a CRM system (Salesforce, Microsoft BI/AI tools ideal)
    • Excellent organisational and time/desk management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects
