Executive Assistant- Global Executive Search Firm- 55-60k

We have a number of clients in the Executive Search space looking for Executive Assistants across their business. Our clients offer fantastic hybrid working and benefits and are located across both the city and West End. Ideally you will have come from an executive search background or have excellent EA experience in a fast moving, client centric sector.

AS Executive Assistant in their Executive Search solution you will be responsible for providing project coordination and administrative support for 1- 2 partners.

Duties include

- Extensive client liaison throughout the search process, both written, over the phone and in person.
- EAs will be working closely with high level executives and their support teams and must be comfortable building a rapport quickly, to ensure a good working relationship with clients throughout the project.
- Help prepare and edit Pitches and proposals in PowerPoint Complex diary and scheduling Monitor Partner’s email and traffic.
- Maintain Partner’s business calendar and co-ordinate travel and interview schedules. Maintain Partner’s contact directories
