Client Engagement Coordinator
Location: Hybrid – 3 days per week in-office (London)
Type: Full-time, Permanent

A leading global executive search and leadership advisory firm is seeking a highly capable Client Engagement Coordinatorto join its growing Consulting practice.

The successful candidate will support a senior Executive who partners with high-profile, board-level clients across multiple complex and high-impact leadership projects. This role is essential to ensuring seamless project delivery, managing logistics, and maintaining a consistently high standard of client service

Key Client Engagement Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates end-to-end delivery of consulting engagements
  • Manages project timelines, logistics, documentation, and reporting
  • Liaises with internal teams and senior client stakeholders
  • Oversees financial tracking and project documentation
  • Works across multiple projects and global time zones
  • EA duties such as diary management, inbox management and travel arrangements across time zones

Key Requirements:

  • 5 years + experience in project coordination & EA roles
  • Background in executive search or management consultancy is essential
  • Proven stakeholder management and client service skills
  • Strong organisational and communication abilities
  • Highly proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint
  • Experience working across time zones is highly beneficial
