A global Consultancy firm in the heart of the city is looking for a PA to support across various areas of the business. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure across the business and support some very high profile partners and liaise with multiple stakeholders before finding your forever team. Executive Assistant duties will include:
- Extensive inbox and meeting co-ordination
- Complex, demanding and ever-changing diary management
- UK and global travel itineraries
- Manage projects under strict timelines
- Stakeholder Management; develop robust working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders
- Preparation of presentations and documentation, requiring excellent proof reading and written skills
- Organising lunches, events and hospitality
