Our client is one of the UK’s leading investment management firms based in the city, looking for a Sales Administrator to support their wealth and asset management sales team. This role has come about due to a promotion, making it a fantastic opportunity for career development.

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate an interest in financial services and has 1 year of administrative experience. The ideal candidate must be a proactive team player with good MS Office skills and experience working with databases. This is a fantastic opportunity for career growth and development.

Key Duties:
  • Work closely with the sales support teams and other key stakeholders to provide administrative support in alignment with core processes and procedures.
  • Act as the initial escalation point for wealth and asset management enquiries by monitoring shared email inboxes.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders including the operations teams, external administrators, and sales support to ensure queries are actioned efficiently.
  • Be a proficient user of Salesforce, able to manage data updates, reporting, and support colleagues with requests and issues.
  • Provide administrative support for the planning and execution of sales visits, client presentations, and larger sales/marketing campaigns, including managing travel and hotel bookings, and printing, binding, and sending presentation materials and required sales collateral.
  • Manage CRM requirements including the provision of invite and attendee lists.
  • Produce CPD certificates for event attendees.
  • Assist with ad hoc requests to support the sales strategy, including organizing staff/team events and minute-taking.
Key Experience:
  • 1 year of previous administration experience is required.
  • Candidates must be able to use Microsoft Office at an intermediate level and demonstrate an interest in working in the financial sector.
  • GCSE grades 9-5 in Maths, English, and Science (or equivalent).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint at an intermediate level.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
