FXSpotStream LLC (FSS) seeks an outgoing and customer service‑oriented individual to join the organization as a Relationship Manager (RM) in a role that bridges the Onboarding and Sales functions. The position is based in London, with office hours Monday through Thursday and remote Fridays, with flexibility for occasional additional remote workdays.

Responsibilities

• Onboard clients onto the FSS service.
• Act as the client’s main point of contact, responding to needs and educating about FSS services.
• Provide excellent service and continuously seek opportunities to increase trade volume and improve the client experience.
