FXSpot Stream Europe Ltd. (FSS) is seeking a Client Service and Support Specialist to join its team in London.
The individual will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The Representative will drive service excellence by responding to customers’ needs and by continuously looking for opportunities to improve our service and support.
The individual will work closely with management and internal technical personnel to resolve customer issues and ensure we meet the market’s and its customers’ needs.
A strong understanding of the foreign exchange market is preferred, but not essential, and complete training on our price streaming Service will be provided.
