We are looking for a PR Specialist who will be embedded within FxPro's Marketing team, acting as the primary liaison between the company and local PR agencies across key markets. The role focuses on building and protecting FxPro's brand reputation through coordinated media relations, thought leadership, and localized PR campaigns. The working environment includes CRM platforms, media monitoring tools, project management tools and reporting dashboards.
Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day relationships with local PR agencies across assigned regions, ensuring alignment with FxPro's global communications strategy.
- Brief agencies on campaign objectives, messaging guidelines, and deliverables; review and approve pitches, press releases, and media materials.
- Coordinate the creation and localization of press releases, commentary, and executive bylines in collaboration with agency teams.
- Monitor media coverage and compile regular performance reports tracking share of voice, media placements, and sentiment analysis.
- Identify and develop relationships with key financial and business journalists, editors, and media outlets in target markets.
- Support crisis communications and reputation management efforts in coordination with agency partners and internal stakeholders.
- 3+ years of experience in PR, communications, or media relations, ideally within financial services, fintech, or a regulated industry.
- Proven track record of managing external PR agencies or vendors.
- Strong understanding of media landscapes across multiple markets.
- Experience writing and editing press materials - press releases, Q&A's, talking points, bylines.
- Familiarity with media monitoring and analytics platforms.
- Knowledge of financial products and markets (forex, CFDs, or broader investment products) is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in project management tools and reporting.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills - ability to build trust with agency partners and internal teams alike.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple agencies and campaigns simultaneously.
