We are seeking an ambitious and commercially driven Senior Sales Executive � Charter Broker to join our growing London team.

This role offers the opportunity to build client relationships, drive new business, and deliver tailored private aviation solutions in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and develop a portfolio of clients through proactive business development and relationship management.
  • Convert inbound enquiries into profitable charter bookings by delivering tailored private aviation solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed targets across revenue, margin, new business generation, and client referrals.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience while managing charter bookings from enquiry through to Client Services handover.
  • Source suitable aircraft through approved operator networks, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and service.
  • Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline management within Salesforce CRM.
  • Collaborate closely with Revenue Management, Client Services, and commercial teams to maximise opportunities and client outcomes.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and suppliers while acting as a positive ambassador for the FXAIR brand.
