A bit about what you will do… Spa Receptionists in our team play a pivotal role in creating a serene and enjoyable experience for our spa guests, contributing to the overall well-being and relaxation of our guests in our luxurious Spa. Greet our guests with a warm welcome as they arrive at the spa. Ensure a smooth and efficient registration process, creating a friendly impression. Ensure accurate scheduling of treatments and services, accommodating guest preferences and therapist availability. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and offering information about spa services, promotions, and facilities. Performing various administrative tasks such as processing payments, handling phone calls, maintaining client records, and managing correspondence.
